We do NOT offer returns on freshies, however if you are unhappy with your purchase or there is a defect in your Freshie from shipping (not caused by you) then please reach out and I will do my best to correct it. Freshies will NOT be replaced for lack of scent.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days in the US, shipping times vary by location. For a good estimate on when your product will arrive please check our current TAT on our homepage. (TAT + shipping time = est arrival)
